Right on time.
Last night before bed I tweeted, “Made it three work days without being mistaken for a girl…bound to happen by tomorrow.”
A pizza was delivered to my desk around 12:15 pm today. My deskmate called the person who ordered it to let him know he needed to sign for it. He came down about five minutes later, chatted with the pizza delivery guy, turned to us and flirtatiously said, “Thanks ladies.”
The most interesting part about this is I think Thursday is the furthest I’ve made it through the week without being mistaken for a girl.
Well…and the fact that the guy had a super awkward look on his face when he noticed his mistake. I suppose I can take some solace in that.
